There
are Lunar Eclipses April 25th and May 24th that if it
triggers any important points in your horoscope will give
endings, releasing and letting go of old habits or
attachments. Solar Eclipse May 9th in Taurus indicates
necessary changes to open the space to bring in new
opportunities. If the Eclipse affects you directly it will
be your personal fears of change that bring any distress
and not the Solar Eclipse that only wants to provide the
opening for new beginnings.

Expansive Jupiter turns direct
today in the sign of Gemini. Jupiter is the planet of
growth, abundance, knowledge, optimism and travel. Jupiter
had been retrograde since early October 2012 that was
delaying or limiting the promises of Jupiter but now that
Jupiter has turned direct we can expect more opportunities
and growth in the area occupied by Jupiter. I speak about
Jupiter and its affect on all 12 Sun signs and rising signs
in my February video forecasts. Communication Mercury turns
retrograde February 23 through March 17 causing Mercury to
hang out in the sign of Pisces from February 5 through
April 13 plus assertive, ambitious Mars will also be
transiting Pisces heating up our minds with Mars in Pisces
February 1 through March 12. Mars and Mercury aligning is
good for asserting our ideas and giving quick and sharp
minds, but when Mercury turns retrograde and because of
Mars we might experience more irritability, rash decisions,
accidents and arguments especially those few days around
Feb 23 when Mercury turns retrograde. But on February 25
peace making Venus also enters Pisces joining Mercury, Mars
and the Sun helping to find more balance and fairness that
will be needed after many may be stressed out initially
around the 23rd.

My
2013 video forecasts were filmed in Bali, Indonesia this
past October. The Western forecasts that most of you are
familiar from this website were filmed with the ocean in
the background but my Vedic forecasts were filmed by the
rice fields. So I invite you to check out my Vedic
forecasts if only to see more of the beauty of Bali. Please
note the Vedic signs are usually one sign prior to the
Western signs but you might want to go on on-line to find
out your Vedic Moon and rising signs to know which forecast
to watch.
As I am writing this to be
posted on Dec 21st I know that the world is not coming to
an end. The Mayan Calendar was only foretelling the end of
a major cycle and the beginning of another. And don’t
forget that we are leaving the approximate 2100 year old
cycle of Pisces and slowly beginning the Age of Aquarius.
Aquarius is the sign of technology and a global community
whereas Pisces is the symbol of two fish tied together but
trying to swim in opposite directions. It is obvious to me
that the Age of Pisces had indicated how we are all
connected on this planet but trying to separate ourselves
from each other, whereas the unfolding Aquarius Age is seen
with the birth of the Internet connecting the world,
breaking down borders and promoting more equality and
democracy for all. Thus the change in astrological ages and
the Mayan Calendar are indicating the dawn of a new world
consciousness pulling us more towards unity and protecting
our planet and the letting go of our old consciousness of
fear and separation.
With that stated, 2013 will be a year of good economic news
but also more severe weather disturbances including
earthquakes along with the potential for major conflicts
and war. The good news will begin in June 2013 when
protective Jupiter enters the water sign Cancer in positive
support to responsible Saturn in the water sign of Scorpio
that will begin an upswing in most world economies. The
Jupiter Saturn cycle good for the world economies runs from
June 2013 through June 2014. The earth changes, severe
weather and war are indicated by harsh Saturn transiting
with the karmic North Node in the same sign as it does
about every 10 years but further intensified this time
around with the continued Uranus Pluto square occurring
between 2012 and 2015. I speak of these trends on my 2013
video forecasts but this year I have included the
transcripts on my website that you can download.

The
planetary energies in November will be very disruptive,
unstable and unpredictable because of two eclipses and with
Mercury retrograde. The US Presidential Election on
November 6th coincides with Mercury turning retrograde but
in stress with confusing, deceptive Neptune, so expect the
unexpected. There will be a Scorpio Solar Eclipse November
13th and a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse November 28th. It would
be best not to make any important decisions, start new
projects and make any promises during November because the
eclipses especially with Mercury retrograde gives very
unstable energies and therefore not a good idea to give
birth to any idea or project in the mist of such
unpredictability. Please watch my November video forecasts

Saturn
enters Scorpio October 5, 2012 through 2015. Saturn has
been in Libra the previous 2 1/2 years with general Libra
themes highlighted regarding marriage, relationships and
contracts all of which would have ended or tested and made
stronger. Saturn represents responsibilities, hard work,
reality, maturity, and separations. Saturn will bring these
themes to the sign Scorpio, that represents major changes,
finances, insurance, taxes, death and transformations. As I
mentioned on my October forecasts, Saturn often takes
awhile before we recognize how it will effect us
individually but not this time because on Oct 5th when
Saturn enters Scorpio so does Mercury. Mercury rules our
mind and therefore our thoughts will be gripped with the
important lessons of Saturn on day one as we either choose
to be more proactive with our individual responsibilities
or choose fear.

Investing in FaceBook? I am not
a financial or stock market astrologer but when examining
the planetary positions I would not recommend that the
small investor jump in immediately.
The IPO offering begins May 18, 2012 @ 9:30 am NY, NY with
the Sun, Moon, Mercury and Jupiter all in wealth-generating
Taurus. However, the ruler of Taurus is Venus who weakens
Taurus because it’s retrograde. Very important is that
business Saturn is in a restrictive aspect to the promises
of expansive Jupiter. Plus May 20th will mark another Solar
Eclipse in a stressful angle to nebulous Neptune that can
point to disappointments and confusions and many
astrologers teach not to make important decisions the week
around an eclipse.
Examining May 18, 2012 with the Vedic system of astrology,
the planet of wealth, Jupiter is combust that hurts it and
sandhi that weakens it and afflicted by Sun and Ketu, who
gives great uncertainty. Jupiter is debilitated in the
navamsha also weakening it. Therefore Jupiter is not strong
enough to fulfill its promise. Venus that gives our desires
is retrograde, sandhi and debilitated in the navamsha that
points to a very weak Venus. Saturn is also retrograde and
sandhi that also is weakening for long-term investments.
The very important Moon is weak being dark because its in
the sign prior to the New Moon on Sunday, which happens to
be a New Moon Solar Eclipse further pointing to great
uncertainty.
The Facebook people will make money obviously and probably
the institutional investors as they will buy low but when
they think the market is being saturated by the small
investor they will sell causing many who come in late to
lose money.
